As an award-winning actress, Jennifer has enjoyed a successful tv and film career and has taken on the role of philanthropist and entrepreneur. She is known for her versatility in a wide range of starring-roles in Alias, Dallas Buyers Club, Love Simon, Juno and more. Jennifer has also held the position of Artist Ambassador for Save the Children for over ten years. In addition to bringing Save the Children’s early childhood education programs to her home state of West Virginia, she has advocated on Capitol Hill and has met with lawmakers, press and philanthropists from seven additional states to raise awareness and funds for the organization. In 2014, Jennifer joined the global non-profit’s board of trustees, deepening her commitment to issues affecting children around the world.
In 2017, Jennifer co-founded the organic food company Once Upon a Farm with Cassandra Curtis, Ari Raz and former Annie’s president John Foraker. Together, they have grown the company with a goal of providing children with the best tasting, most nutritious, and highest quality food utilizing sustainable methods. As a businesswoman, Jennifer has worked with major brands including Neutrogena® where she has been a Brand Ambassador for over a decade, Capital One, and most recently joined the Virtue Labs.
