Started by members of the company’s Women’s Leadership & Inclusion (WLI) employee resource group, WLI ELEVATE is a speaker series for women, by women that is committed to fostering an inclusive mindset and environment.

With a mission to transform and inspire, WLI ELEVATE is uplifting women across a variety of platforms.
- Through authentic conversations, WLI ELEVATE is providing an engaging, innovative, and inclusive community where women can come together to feel inspired, embraced, and enough.
- Through charitable partnerships, WLI ELEVATE is reaching even more women by advancing the health, education and welfare of women and girls around the world.
- Through support for small women-owned businesses, WLI ELEVATE is spotlighting and collaborating with these businesses to help audiences discover and make meaningful choices to further our impact.
WLI ELEVATE values diversity, equity, and inclusion and welcomes all voices, regardless of title or geographic location in the company. The experience brings together women from all walks of life and removes barriers to nurture a culture of inclusion where everyone can be heard and feel supported.
